While even a single session can bring relaxation and relief, reflexology is most effective when received as part of a process. The body often needs time to shift, regulate, and re-pattern itself - and regular sessions provide the ongoing support for deeper, longer-lasting results.
Many clients notice the most significant benefits after 4–6 sessions, especially when addressing chronic issues or deeper layers of stress.

What to expect?
You’ll lie down comfortably, fully clothed, while I work with natural oils on your feet. Sessions are personalized - whether you need grounding, stimulation, or release- and always held in a space of care, presence, and professionalism.
In some cases, I may gently integrate insights from Focusing (a body-based listening practice) or other natural wellness tools, to support the emotional and energetic aspects of healing.
